VERDE AVOCADO-SALSA
Directions:
Remove husks from tomatillos.
Rinse thoroughly and roast in oven at 400F for about 10 mins.
Once cooked, throw into a blender.
Add the onion, garlic cloves, sprigs of cilantro, and serrano pepper. Blend thoroughly into a salsa.
Add avocado, blend a bit more and add salt to taste.
Serve with tacos, taquitos, huevos rancheros and more!
