Paloma margarita

Ingredients:

  • (2) oz of mezcal or tequila (recommended: casa migos)

  • (2+) Oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit

  • (1-2) freshly squeezed limes

  • (1-2) tablespoons of organic blue agave syrup

  • to top off, a Splash of grapefruit flavored sparkling water

  • sea salt flakes for around the rim

  • Tajin for around the rim

  • ICe

Directions:

Tip: for multiple servings, make one large batch, increasing the above quantities accordingly.
  • Wipe glass rim with a lime wedge and dip glass into sea salt flakes + Tajin on a plate.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine Mezcal/Tequila, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave, and plenty of ice.
  • Shake + pour (through a cocktail filter) into glass over ice. 
  • Finish with a splash of grapefruit juice.
  • Optional: garnish with sliced grapefruit and/or lime.
  • Enjoy!
