Paloma margarita
Directions:
Tip: for multiple servings, make one large batch, increasing the above quantities accordingly.
Wipe glass rim with a lime wedge and dip glass into sea salt flakes + Tajin on a plate.
In a cocktail shaker, combine Mezcal/Tequila, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave, and plenty of ice.
Shake + pour (through a cocktail filter) into glass over ice.
Finish with a splash of grapefruit juice.
Optional: garnish with sliced grapefruit and/or lime.
