Smoked Paprika Chicken

Ingredients:

  • (2-3) packs of chicken wings/thighs

  • Smoked paprika

  • garlic powder

  • Fresh ground sea salt

  • Fresh ground pepper 

  • optional: all purpose meat rub seasoning // ie. rufus teague seasoning

  • Fresh thyme

  • (3+) cups of Chicken broth

  • Olive oil

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350. 
  • Drizzle meat with olive oil + season with all seasonings listed.
  • Mix together.
  • Pour chicken broth along the perimeter of meat.
  • Cook uncovered for 1 hour; continuously basting.
  • Cook covered for an additional 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
